Anastasia Beverley Hills Contour Kit: Light ♥

I am sure you are all familiar with this product, a cult favourite for every beauty enthusiast. To be honest I only bought the palette for Fawn (the grey toned contour shade) and Banana (the famous under eye brightener.) The other shades I use but not as religiously.
The palette comes with 6 shades:
All the shades are very pigmented and blend into set foundation very well.
I use Fawn as a natural contour in the day time as it is grey toned so creates the illusion of a shadow and not just a brown stripe down your face. I use the NARS Ita brush for this.
I use Banana as an under eye brightener and highlight. It is yellow toned so brings areas out a lot more.
If I am going out at night instead of using Fawn as the contour I will use Java instead as it has a similar effect but is darker. ( I will usually wear fake tan when I go out hence needing a darker shade.)
I use Havana for bronzing my cheeks, my forehead and under my jaw.
Sand and Vanilla don't get used, sometimes I will use them as an all over setting powder if I can't be bothered finding my other setting powders lool.
Another thing I like about this palette is that you can pop the shades out and buy refills to replace them if they run out!
One complaint I have though is that the packaging is quite cardboard like. For the price you pay for it (£39.00) you'd be expecting better packaging. When you swipe your brush in the powders it tends to go all over the packaging and you have to clean it frequently.
Overall I do like this palette and I do use it on a daily basis but I do wish I could buy the banana powder separately. There are many other contour alternatives where you won't need to buy a whole palettte. Some of my favourites are:
NYX Taupe blush ( a great grey toned colour and it's so cheap!!)
NARS Laguna bronzer
Benefit Hoola bronzer.
