HOW TO MAKE GREEN DETOX JUICE ♥

Whilst browsing Netflix, I came across a documentary called Fat, Sick and Nearly dead. In it, a man named Joe Cross drank only fresh juiced vegetables and fruits for 60 days. (Very extreme wouldn't recommend.) So I tried doing it for 3 days to rid my body of toxins however only made it two days lol. Although I don't juice fast, I do drink Joe's recipe Green juice daily to give me nutrients. The whole point of the juice is to get rid of the pulp and fibre, so your body can absorb the nutrients immediately.
I thought I would share the Recipe with you! I have altered parts of it but if you want to see the original you can look here: Joe's Mean Green.

You will need 
♥ 2 stalks of celery
♥ a bunch of kale
♥ half a cucumber
♥ 2 green apples
♥ a lemon (or 1/2 if you don't like it to be too sour.)




Benefits of these ingredients 
♥ celery - rich in vitamin A, K and C
♥ kale - rich in omega 3 fatty acids, manganese, potassium, B vitamins, iron, calcium, magnesium and protein
   ♥ cucumber - contains antioxidants
♥ apples - protects and nourishes skin
♥ lemon - boosts immune system, promotes weight loss and eliminates toxins

Make sure you peel the lemon, wash the ingredients and core the apple then shove it all in a juicer! ( a juicer is important, a blender leaves the fibre and pulp a juicer separates this so you get nutrients almost immediately after consumption.)

I added ice at the end because it's better cold, Happy juicing!
